There were activities going on in the library, the hallway, and in the cafeteria. As families came in they were handed a list of the activities in which they could participate. Here is a list of the activities for the families to choose from for the evening.
- Clifford's ears headband
- Birthday party coloring sheet
- Birthday graph - decorate a birthday cupcake, write name on it with birth date, and then staple it to the graph
- Online computer games (Smart Board and library computers) - by clicking on the link below, you will see all of the games that were available during the Birthday Party Fun event.
Here are just a few of the 70+ pictures taken during the evening.

By the look on the faces of all of the friends who attended on Thursday evening, I believe this was a huge success. I had a great time and I think the children and their parents did as well.
Next Thursday, October 25th, we will have a Halloween theme. The children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costume (friendly costumes, please - we don't want anyone to be scared) to Family Night @ the Library. We will have only treats, no tricks. Activities will include a pumpkin scavenger hunt. I hope to see everyone for Family Night @ the Library!
