Giving Thanks

The Thursday before Thanksgiving there was a focus on communicating and playing with your child. So in order to provide families with a number of activities to do with their children over the week long holiday I provided a number of Thanksgiving related games the children could play with their parents and / or their siblings.

A packet of the games and examples of each of the games was provided so the families could play during Family Night @ the Library. The children had a great time playing the games with their parents and I hope it provided them with some great entertainment (along with their reading) over the holiday.

To me, the very best part of Family Night @ the Library is seeing the parents and children having fun together. I think that is what I am most thankful for during our Giving Thanks Family Night @ the Library.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
